雖然白茶的製作工藝簡單，卻也是耗時最長的茶款。高海拔的山區因溫度低，植物生長速率慢，加上八九月雨水多，日照不足溫度過低，不利萌芽，且茶農又特別只挑芽尖來製作，採工費時加上平均單位的產量低，因此，質地好的白茶是可遇不可求的！

Although the production process of white tea is simple, it is also the most time-consuming among all types of tea. In high-altitude mountainous regions, the low temperatures slow down plant growth. Tea farmers further select only the finest buds for production, making the harvesting process labor-intensive and the yield per unit area relatively low.
